To register as a 2017 Optimal Aging Conference Sponsor or Exhibitor, please complete the application accessible via the button below. Please note: all sponsors receive an exhibit table as part of their sponsorship.

  • All exhibitors and sponsors are listed in the Conference Program. As well, there are full, half, quarter and eighth-page advertising options for all sponsors and exhibitors. Click here to view our different options. For sponsors, the amount of additional exposure in the Conference Program varies depending on the level sponsorship. Conference Registration for Exhibitors & Sponsors:

  • All exhibitors and sponsors will need to register via the Conference Registration form, available February 15. Click here to learn more.
    • For those exhibitors/sponsors who intend to attend the Conference itself: all persons from the organization who plan to attend the Conference (i.e. lectures, networking opportunities, general sessions) must register for a full conference registration. Please note: some sponsorship levels include all access, transferable Conference pass.

    • For those exhibitors/sponsors who DO NOT intend to attend the Conference itself: all exhibitors/sponsors will be allowed five (5) additional (non-transferable) exhibit-only badges (these badges allow individual to set up/tear down and staff booth). Organization representatives will have to complete a conference registration but they will be able to select "Exhibitor-Only" in order to waive the registration fee.
